Gearing up for 18.7?

So my friend and i were thinking of coming back for 18.7 i will most likely play my agent again.

Have there been any consensus yet regarding which playstyle will be considered "meta"? or atleast competitive in pvp?

Stuff i want more info regarding are things like armor choice? (CC, CSS)

Viable fp for pvp (read srompus guide but its so vague :P)

L-arm imp/symb?

Will the standard perksetup change anything with the patch?

And last. Which breed will be the most prominent? (my toon is opi atm)

I will mostly play 2 man pvp in bore/bs/towers teamed up with sold/engi.

I'll spend a lot of time in an AR/HP intensive setup. For BS I'll probably go vanila if I got backup, just to mess with limber/DoF. Other than that I'm trying soldier and doc.
