I hate to repeat my self, (They have 12 months of financial operations). Do you understand what this means? That means the holding is enought to cover 1 year operation period.

The world is not black and white. A business has a serious amount of options from outside financing, issuing shares as a loan, and a whole lot of accounting options. Then there are shareholders, they will expect new projects, outside financing and so on. There are a myriad options, so your initial statement is like predicting the end of the world, hence the Mayan reference.
I agree with that your saying, but maybe I need to read between the lines to.?
