Remove " Save patches for backup " option from patcher..

So little people are on dialup these days. Nuff said.

More like update the client on official website more frequantly (with every major patch ideally).

I (among others) have multiple AO installations (in multiple places) and yes I can download the patch multiple times but it's easier to download it once and copy the files into the right place. I like the option.
