Yeah SMG's, and both 'fair' toons, average pretty well off 220's, just lawled hard that doc can OD my soldier.

Would like to remove local cooldown on AMS and put a lock in NCU instead, so that if u use AMS and get raped by a off nt/engi in BS, u dont have 1:40 lockout on AMS.

So you can go back and be raped again... this one is good - gives gap for other classes to fight us.

I want have Bracer with 60-80FA skill and 50AR,and add 50 dmg to Proj/Energy - should be designed starting from lvl 120 or so. Seriously, soldiers need bit more AR and definatelly more FA to twink better weapon, so hit will not be lolish at mid pvp.

would love to see a lower defense check on "One Foot in the Grave" 120% is a bit tomuch, imo 90% would be nice.

Also some faster cast time would be nice for alot our combat related nano's. It would be nice to instant ams, taunt/detaunt or use "One Foot in the Grave" at 220 when you use an "Infused Viral Compiler" and play full def. I don't think we should be spending IP here to achieve it!

On the NT related note.. some defensive proc buff would be cool. ie.
if reflect <= 0 then trigger a 10s proc that drains nano based on a % of the damage dealt to the target.
