I'm just curious to see what weapon systems are viable for a 200 doctor. Would like to do a mix of s7 farming and pvp.
I've just come back from a couple years off of AO, and things have definitely changed. My old 150 MA doc is leveling now and working towards 199 and an ace on his research.
Help a brother out, nudges in the right direction, or ++internets if you've got some auno setups already made for me to look at.
I did Sword of dawn and piercing evil on my 200 doc.
275 CM, ql300 doc helm and back.

Right hand + SE pistol (some professions are hard to kill, but with pvp DOT doable)

well, CM and PE sounds interesting - but for PvP setup SA alone might be not much, and attack rating itself should be low, right?
PvP Dots seems to be good, but they last like 15 seconds to short to give time for other activities, which doc MUST do (healing...) but the damage overall with SoD+Dots is great for PvM (don't think I can hit anything in PvP with it, but I am in OFAB/CS setup rather then for melee weapons).
I was thinking to go full DoT setup and max Chemistry for DoTs from SL perks - I will test up this in few days and see how it works.

Havn't decided on anything yet, but the sword of dawn seems like a super interesting way to go. I really like the thought of it. I'm still thinking about which direction I'm going to go, but this has been all very good so far. Thanks for the replies guys!
Btw, what are the PvP dots?
My 200 Doc was made for Dark Ruins & Sector 7 as Healmoneky for 2 Buddys with Soldiers.
Went 1he with Gelid´s but switch to Special Edition Pistols for some Bosses .
