Make the APF Molybdenum helmet "upgrade" an actual upgrade

Today I was deciding what endgame helmet I should focus on acquiring and I discovered something very strange.

My first thought was of an AI helmet, but I'm not rich so I naturally switched my attention to the Kegern's Molybdenum helmets.

When you first get the helmet it looks like this: https://aoitems.com/item/252017/kege...-plate-helmet/

    Nothing extra.

Then you upgrade it to the Enhanced edition: https://aoitems.com/item/272454/enha...-plate-helmet/

Suddenly it becomes a solid choice for anyone.

But then you want to go for best in slot, if you're after the HPs and general stats (AI is not an option). So you get yourself an Action Probability Estimator from Sector 13 and upgrade the helmet.

    And it becomes this: https://aoitems.com/item/257379/extr...-crash-helmet/

No matter how I look at the helmet, it seems like a downgrade.

    You get +10 dmg.
You lose some AC and gain some AC for different types.
    You lose 200 hp.
You lose 5 Add All Off.
You lose +2 to every ability and nano skill.
You lose Direct Nano Damage Efficiency +1%.
    You lose Healing Efficiency +1%.
    You lose 2% ND resists.
    And the list continues...

Also it seems that the APF upgraded helmet is QL 200 compared to QL 250 of the Enhanced helmet.

    Doesn't seem legit.

That is because thats not the upgrade path. DB came after AI. The AI upgrade was introduced first, and the DB upgrade much later. They don't upgrade linearly, rather you can do only 1 of the upgrades, they do not stack.

Ah, that explains it, thanks. Nevertheless I feel like that's something that should be updated.
