Advice on armour for level 200 pvp twink

Hello,

After several hours of hardcore twinking I managed to equip EoE QL226 and Ofab Hawk mk5 QL 275.
Now it is tome to decide on QL of CSS armour.

I should be able to equip QL300 (or better QL295) armour but without many sacrifices it will be OE 75%

It it better to do that ignoring fact that it will be OE or should I go for lower QL (probably QL 264) and keep it at 100%?

I would apprecaite feed back from experienced twinks rather than general/obvious explanation

If you can equip ql 300 armor without too much hassle, it is indeed worth it over non OE armor. FA AR, SMG AR etc are worth more than AAO and a few points of AC.

http://auno.org/ao/equip.php?saveid=192712 What my 200 fixer uses atm. The 290 CSS was because I didnt want to pay 7bil+ for a set of 295, ended up paying about a third the cost at about 2-2.5bil for 7 pieces a year ago. A loss of 7 skills for 5bil less

290 CSS is 100% atm and with a +15 sense graft it can't be OEd with decomps(-12), 295 CSS can stay 100% with the +15 sense but will OEd if decomped.

Seeing a setup would be great tho to know what it is you're aiming for setup wise(besides the css). Best I can say atm is get a sense graft and push your CSS up if possible.


I don't know if I really want to but if I was able to get a WU at collector I was planning to get a Envy on, a lot harder than a 275 hawk and needs a full blown setup (295 css, 232 EOE) to keep it 100% thru decomps(-20).
