    Nanos that should have 4 hour duration but don't

    Let's list em so they can eventually implement the changes on some pass!


    ALL pet buffs (10 minutes might as well be permanent, if you want to make use manage buffs in combat, make them last 30 seconds and increase their effectiveness by a lot)
    Crat Auras
    Engineer Auras
    First Strike & Unnoticed Strike
    Transcendent Shen Protection (and all Armour buffs minus Form of Risan)
    All tiers of spec blockers
    offensive steamroller
    precognition
    dark movement
    Personal notum harvester
    izgimmer's obfuscated recompiler
    riot control
    alleysweeper
    Igimmer's mockery (and lower buffs)
    Adv Morph Auras
    Poisonous bite
    Shade buffs that aren't top level
    superior first aid

    We could ask for every single buff to last for 4 hours but that would not make any sense
    IMHO all selfbuffs (except some strong AAO, add dammage, and any other buffs that have significant cooldown should) should be changed to 4 hours.
    In case of buffs that can target other players I think that the ones that are used for twinking (like SFA, behe, prod str. etc.) should last for 4 hours, but all buffs use for fighting (pvm or pvp) like GSF, H&Q, NCU, etc. should not last longer than 30 minutes.

    Every nano - except short duration combat (de)buffs of course - should have two durations : 4+ hours for native professions and 30 minutes for Agents.
    No further significant work is expected to be done on this project going forward.

    Every single long Buff should be 8 hours, period.
    Buffs from agents should not last any shorter than 4 hours, agents should just be forced to stay in that mimic for an entire day.

    ps : I just find it funny that the closest thing AO has in terms of best all-round mage is an agent.
    Garden keys can be bought from the key locked garden vendor in case you have deleted your key.

    True story. Agent Is now my top pick for AoE kiting....

    But changes wise, Not sure I am a fan of 4 hour fixer hots at low level... Put GSF and hot on any lowbie and they can gimp around all day.... Way stronger than anyone without it.

    Maybe level lock fixer hots finaly, potentially gsf aswell.

    As long as it's well-below the level requirement to cast, if the nano is level-locked to upload. If it's intended to be like a level 25 buff, require a target be >= 12, etc. Anything too severe breaks a core game mechanic: Getting buffs to be more powerful than you possibly could innately.

    Shade buffs! Took my lowbie out for a spin the other day and most of their buffs are still short.

    This would break the game a bit, transforming the buff into a mandatory 152 AR bonus each TL7 should have. Same for lower levels.
    In my opinion, all self buffs should be 4 hours, or longer, while keeping OTHER buffs short. Simply add a User part and Target part to the buff so you get a 4 hour version on yourself, and a much lower timed version on others.

    That's what Umbral actually is, and I'm pretty sure that's what Tsuniko meant. Umbral lasts 2hrs at the moment (on the Trader!).


    Edit: While we're at it, the entire Agent Executioner line should be added to the list.
