I made 150 Keeper for s10/City raid alien farm.
He's using only his symbiants with the exception of ql200 1HE/AAD right/left arm.
Ql250 Ofab (275 eventually with a bit more effort, sinew+ability ncus+pistols+contracts will make it)
Ql255 CM (can make it up to 264 with the same effort and items mentioned above)
Purelly DD tank, perks dd/aao wise. ~16HP (Gauntlet, behe and Doc HP) and up to 1781ar (self buffed, current items/armor and perks).

Around 16HP obed as much as NCU can take (maxed ncu with fixer buff ~848) and you pretty much dont need to swap hud3 or even dalja ring for some extra def vs alien bosses, goes very smooth :P

if u can afford igocs ... u should get them ........... igoc's + excal = dmg love
a crit scope will boost youre dmg much more than off hud but not in full def .... i think it's worth it tho .... if u have a healer .
btw can u keep ql 250 ofab & 255 cm out of OE ...even with osb's is it possible?
Best gear for a 150 keep is actualy 225 ofab and 225 cm.
Over this ql and it goes oe and you actualy sit with less benefits with the high ql armor than the lower.
not always your better useing max ql armor if it goes oe, people seem to forget that part, but yes this isnt always the case, but on a 150 keep it is.
but yes with osb etc etc ql 270 cm and 250 ofab can be 100%, but depends on your gear/perks and possible stam org contract.
cant say its worth it thou depending so much on osb to actualy play, there isnt that big loss of dmg/hp on sticking to ql 225 ofab/cm.

You can do ql275 Ofab @ 150, the OE'd benefits are "teh same" as non-OE ql225, and you benefit from better AR/Dodge.

Indeed ql275 ofab is nice ... but is it doable if u try to get in QL 230 + left arm implant with aad/2he ? if it's not possible than i'd prefer the implant.
