    Fantastic iAss, but there is one tiny thing that is getting on my nerves and maybe you can solve that somehow. After I typed my search I automatically hit "Enter", which leads to a Windows Standard Warning Sound, no big deal but maybe you can change that easily.

    Er, well I only ever log in characters from Accounts X in one install, and Accounts Y on the other. I don't cross over logging in (my god the prefs headaches that would cause!). So, I have no idea

    I like to be able to have 3-4 mules logged in a BY at once. The client install I use for my mule accounts has the minimum possible settings and much smaller resolution to keep the resource hogging down and enable me to tile them on another monitor. Meanwhile I want my main play account characters to be lavished with all of the options the new engine can muster at max and fullscreen windowed. Cross logging them over would be a disaster

    On old AOIA+ you could search for items on specific toon(there was a rollup panel to choose toon), any chance to bring it back ?

    The code is there, just haven't found a pretty place to place it
    Are you suffering from an insane amount of items?

    Have a user with ~50,000 items, and for such cases I could see myself bringing it back...
    (Said user has more NCUs than I do items total)

    Insane amount, not sure ? 21k+

    I just feel it looks tidier when searching, and I don't actually have to look what char has it, since I'd already chosen the char...

    Mmkay.. I've implemented it, expect it in the next update.
    Not pushing it just yet, I've yet to resolve the AORipper issues that two users ran into.

    No nice tree option to directly home in on a particular character's inventory bags (for example) for all of the chars ont he accounts of the other client install that AOIA hasn't been pointed to. So I have to either pick my mule account install so I can see all of the hundreds and hundreds of bags my mules have (I am not exaggerating) and pick directly, or I have to pick my mains so I can quickly check what's what over there.

    I didn't get around to Light this weekend, but the note above about not being able to pick a character directly is a bit of a for me too.

    You're gonna have to provide me with some screenshots..
    The AO install path is *only* used to update the internal item database.

    It then uses appdata to read backpack names.

    If its a backpack name issue, then I'll look into it, as it should be picking the most recently modified..

    Well, given it's still for AOIA++ and not Light, it's probably all moot anyway I will see what Light does with it.

    New:
    Will now scale item names (items such as component platforms will now display the correct name)
    Vastly improved buff tab (can now search for "items which buffs both agility and intellect")
    Buffs tab now has more skills (burst, flingshot, multimelee, etc..)
    Buffs tab will now scale item stats

    OBS: The buffs tab will be unavailable for ~20 minutes after updating, while IA is rebuilding the item database.
    You can still use IA normally, but the buff items tab will not work correctly for the first 20 minutes.
    This only applies for the first run, while rebuilding the item database.

    Will be adding more skills before pushing it as an update (pistol, smg, etc..)
    Will also finish naming the slots.

    This is definitely something I'd be interested in, I'm still using an old version of aoia++, I'm just reluctant to log all of my accounts and characters consider the disarray most of their banks and bags are lol

    This new version (well anything newer than 1.1.5.5) is quite interesting.
    I imported my database but Only character names and accounts show up after imported. No backpacks, items, credits etc. Is that normal? Am I going to really have to log 50 characters and open all backpacks?

    Try to rightclick on the treeview and "refresh", see if it loads backpacks.

    Credits may or may not be imported.

    If the rclick did not resolve the issue, send me the db file and ill investigate.

    I've tried that multiple times, with nothing working.

    However, I just logged one character and updated all its information. I logged in, rezoned and opened all its backpacks.
    Now all characters have been deleted from IA and only this character exists.

    Umm the db from the imported IA or this new one?

    Edit: This new character exists on "Rubi-Ka (Live)" while the imported characters are on "Dimension #0"
    IALight shows me as having played that character "5 hours ago" when it was 10 minutes or so

    Second edit:
    Ok, I figured it out. The imported data exists on "Dimension 0" showing basically nothing. It isn't until you log those characters that it gets updated (not opening any backpacks) onto "Rubi-Ka (Live)". However it doesn't show backpacks when you click on something like "bank" like it did in the older version. You have to click the small plus sign to see them.

    Yeah, I've opted not to show backpacks as items.
    It just makes it harder to see real items, and no need to list them twice

    The last played has some issues that I've yet to narrow down.

    I'm not sure how many updates you've made since 1.1.5.5, but I love just about all these features.

    Pros:
    1. I'm happy with the new Identify. That you no longer click on "pristine" or "mutated", it's just all one thing that tells you what it is or with any item.
    2. The pattern section is no longer somewhat broken and is more smooth. It also lays out each piece as its own instead of saying "you have A x3" etc. It also doesn't direct to aopocket.
    3. New feature of "Symbiants". I like that I can see what symbiants I have to upgrade X character.
    4. The new "Buffs" feature. Even though I use AOSkills a ton, I also like seeing that I have certain buffing items at certain levels. Helps when making twinks, good job Pete.
    5. Being able to see where each character last logged out is great too.

    Cons:
    1. I think it's more just me, but I liked when I could click on one character and all the items loaded so you could see how many were on that character, but if it's for efficiency, it's fine if it's gone.
    2. After importing characters and logging in the character to update their information in IA, a strange thing is happening. The backpacks in banks are duplicating upon update. It takes a few refreshes to remove it but it actually acknowledges those items as being real. So if you had 1 backpack (real) in bank with 1 ACDC, it would show up as 3 ACDC in 3 backpacks. Probably just a small issue anyway.
    3. Small con; the credits are no longer extended out to the 1s place. I can only see myself as having "10.1m" instead of "10,101,583". I just like to see all the credits instead of a rounded amount.
