Hours of playtime

So I added up my playtime between all my characters, it came out to be 16,000+ hours. I'd estimate about 20% of that is idle or accidentally leaving it on overnight etc. There's a book that says 10,000 hours masters a task or skill. I'm sure that's debatable.

Next highest game is Team Fortress 2 with a little over 1,000 hours. Left 4 Dead 2 about 850 hours. I also played the bajesus out of Counter Strike 1.6 but don't have hours on that.

I'm not sure how I feel about this.

I have an obscene amount of hours.. I'm afraid of counting them. Some other games have high amounts too but AO definitely takes the cake.

I have almost a total of 7000 hours between counter strike 1.6 and counter strike global offensive, reached global elite and all that but I don't have time to get into leagues like I used to back in my 1.6 days. Who dislikes having not having scheduled free time during non-graveyard hours? Dys hates not having scheduled free time during non-graveyard hours.

I think i have over a year ingame time spread out to all my characters over the past 9 years

My count across my chars from my main account comes to ~9363, guess I haven't mastered AO Who knows how much of it was actually spent "playing" and how much was spent just sitting around chatting. Does it matter? It's time spent on Rubi-Ka... precious time, full of great memories

All that would be individually played characters. I do have some other accounts where I put in some hours on chars that were sometimes multilogged, sometimes not, but they're inactive, and probably won't amount to much more than a couple days.
