I just say it here, put back the rifle check on all agent perks and remove the damn attackrate check.
Agents were perfectly fine before balance and could perk more or less evrything back then, and if they couldnt bulls eye did the job.
Nothing can evade the hard hitting alpha atm and it kinda just ruins the game.

hope this can be changed back soon if possible.
