I suggest casting a wider net and advertising more aggressively if you ever decide to do a free play event again. I posted on reddit for you, and did some posting on the AO users fb group, others from the game also helped advertise on facebook. But really someone with an actual stratedgy should have done this. I did see an alert from the AO fb fan page go out, but it was only once, you guys gotta spam that like every day.

What for?
They attract "oldies" and then ban their accounts with weird reasons.
And when you try to contact them via support or trying to speak directly with administration - they simply ignore you.
