Hey all. I recently returned after an 11-12 year hiatus. I'm a sloob - technically aioob, but that's not as catchy.

These Dust Brigade instances, DB-1 etc, look pretty enticing and fun. Do I need LE or LoX to access them? And if not, what specifically do LE and LoX allow me to access?
