Remove chat channel zones

In their current state, the OOC and shopping channels are rather useless. With the already dwindling population, spread over so many different zones, those channels currently only allow you to reach out to a handful of people. The chance that you actually reach someone you need, are slim to none. I say, remove the zone separation and merge all zones together. We'd become less reliant on broadcast-bots, such as neutnet.

Bump. Or add a new Global OOC channel and keep the old ones around. Putting players in a position to more easily help newbies and get help for themselves seems like a good idea.

Yep, the current channels already have some min-level system built in, so they merely need to remove the zone restriction.

Of course, all channels already work that way, you can choose whether or not to subscribe to them

REALLY global channels should be made long ago ... like 12 years ago.
No matter where you are (in your city, ipande raid or neretva) you should be able to see something in trade channel or an info or anything.
Dnet and Neutnet are doing a great job (without them server really looks dead), but people behind them are not paid to do that and from time to time they are down.

So yes ! All hands up for global channels !
