grid armor and underarmor

looking at the notes from 18.7

"Items that used to check for NanoFocusLevel to determine if they could be used with grid Armor have now been updated. These items will now wither be possible to equip with grid armor or not."

Looking at ljotur in its current state the armor only has comp. litt and sense reg, and is listed with CanBeWornWithSocialArmor, that plus the line from 18.7 patch does suggest its intented.

Do we have any official answer if weaing ljotur with grid armor is intented or its a bug/exploit ?

as far as i can tell it's intended to be worn with grid armor (and Charred Abaddon Chassis) as it got the social flag added in 15.6.1 meaning someone made a conscious decision to change the set to be worn with those items.
