Yes.
Pull a daily mission, if it's 'A Contingent Spy': right click the mission, press "Delete Mission" and wait 18 hours.

I already know that way, was hoping there was another.
It may be just a bad luck as at most levels there are few different dailies which are assigned randomly.
By the way "A contingent Spy" is not that bad as "Famous Last Words"

I mean, like on my gimp Trader, it was really nice getting distress call repeatedly , since he was so gimp he could only kill gray mobs
Based on experience, the SEMI rng mission selector repeats the dailies 2 to 4 times. I don't do PVP so shoplifter and graffiti are auto delete and yep a pain waiting for it to move on to something doable. Other missions are just unacceptable for early levels. Wasteland Prowler I'm looking at you. Otoh, if it's a daily that's quick I don't mind it repeating.
