200 Enfo weapon choices?

I can get even over 31k HP but then I ll be taking 10k+ dammage from aimed shoots and there is no way I can heal back fast enough. Look like I'll be doomed against agents.
To make things worse if they use FP Doc (which is quite popular) then having 9 perks in bioshielding would force me to sacrifice some DD and/or stun perks which would cripple any chances of killing even gimpy agents FP doc...

The only prof that does capped ASs enough to matter is Agents and we can all agree that good Agents are gods in 200 BS, even my quickly put together Bow Agent roflstomped 95% of toons in duels/BS with FP Advy.
High HP sounds bad but from experience using my Agent I found high HP Enfs to be the closest to beating me in duels/BS as they don't die after a AS/fling + perks + Alb arrow unlike everyone else I fought.

The best example I have is my twinked fixer(top symbs, 231 EOE, 275 hawk etc).
Before the changes I could beat good CC Enf twinks 3 outta 4 times and def/hp Enfs about 1 outta 3 times in duels while after the changes I can't beat good Enfs at all anymore unless I get hax luck with 1-2 capped ASs and a good FA hit.
The main reasons being higher healing and more HP, hell the extra HP alone almost soaks up all my perks.
The only way I will reliably win or at least even the fight is getting a Envy on but the chances of me getting a Collector team atm is slim to none :/.

Agents and soldiers most time cap specials, but traders have really great chances to do so, so geting hit for 9k will be common case for 33k HP enforcer.
