Hey,
Could someone explain to me why I can cast CH on me if I have One Foot in the Grave running? I can cast it, go through the nano casting could down but actually not get healed. Is this how it's supposed to work? I've died so many times now because I actually get the nano casting cooldown but not get healed.
Isn't this wrong? Shouldn't it just block the nano from casting just like other ones?

As it's "Target Resist Complete Healing Line 200%", think of it like casting a root or nuke on something, but it just doesn't land. You can still go through the motion of casting it, but the target resists for whatever reason.

This is hilarious in pande when the tank gets debuffed (the blue mobs cast it) and there is some lazy doc not paying attention just using ch/ich and not being able to heal the tank and then panicking about it after the tank dies and the raid fails
I do however think that youäre not able to cast the nano on tank at all, been a while some i'm not 100% sure,

It works just like the 200% resists in Inner Sanctum. You're able to cast evades and/or runspeed buffs, but they always resist.
This counter-CH nano is to stop all the CH spammers, so stop using CH all the time to heal; learn to use other heals.
If you can't learn to use other things from CH; learn a better strategy.

With the onset of awakened beast armor, we can now equip Alpha chest on Atrox Soldiers & Alpha Brain on Atrox Doctors.
You can still cast it on them, but it does nothing :P

A good while ago, like years, i think it actually said better program running instead of you being able to cast it, but i'm getting older so dementia might be setting in...

It always said "NCU Error: Better nano program already running".
I only found out about this new effect yesterday, since I basically never use ICH. I was a tad irritated and thought I hit the wrong button and tried again. Thanks to BGH and Guardian my Tank survived, as I lost a full 4 seconds, because I didn't know what the hell was going on.
No idea when this started (I assume with the latest CH changes), but it would have been nice to be informed about such changes.

They changed the stacking order for the CH nanos from 1 to 150 or even higher while keeping One Foot in the Grave at the original 6. So you can cast CH on the target even though it will resist it.
