Okay lets take a look why the Dream Pistol is not a PvP-Pistol:
1. AS>>>FA in pvp, so Troa'Ler Pistol still #1 weapon in pvp (Modify Full Auto -2000)
2. Modify Aimed Shot -5000 on Dream Pistol
3. The requirements on the Dream Pistol are too high to switch it infight, needs 220/30/80 + fullset CSS + Xan Right Arm Symbiant, Artillery Unit Alpha + Xan Right Wrist Symbiant, Artillery Unit Alpha + Xan Waist Symbiant, Artillery Unit Alpha +Dust Brigade Assault Module
4. You would loose all your Nanodelta from Right Wrist Support (only nd that adv have)
5. would loose 9 ncr from waist
Maybe requirement Full Auto from 1851 better, made this before Apotheosis comes ingame.
1851 is probably too unreasonable. My endgame adventurer, with a normal 7 Piece CSS, full Xan Alphas, Apo 10 , Ransacking Tower has only 1681. Note that in PvE (destination of this pistol) I for one use a Damage/Crit setup, sitting much, much lower at around 1400, close to bringing your pistol to 75%.

That is probably using all the available FA gear in the game. Trickle can do the rest, but that would mean even more STR hotswaps.
Wouldn't it work better with lower requirements, being more accessible to adventurers in non endgame setups? Something along 1751/1801 even, if you want to keep it usable towards endgame.
I for one proposed in another thread linked a bit earlier on the first page towards some Quality of Life changes, as increased range or clip, and some other minor changes to help us slightly with the Deflect "nerfs" ( In here )

The high requirement was a idea to prevent a AS -> FA switch in pvp, that you realy have to twink your adv on FA to equipp that pistol for PvM.
Lower FA-req would be the problem that is to op in pvp then, its easy to put the Troa'Ler Pistol off after AS and equips then the FA pistol.
And im sure you forgot the Artillery Symbiants + EoE in your calc.
I like the idea that when you realy wanna use that weapon that you have to loose some other benefits.
You also can put in the Arty symbiants first, then the Dream Pistol and after that back to Support..... its not difficult
Totally forgot about Artillery, indeed. Missing 58 from Waist and 87 from R-Wrist, so closer to being more doable.
Why not add a -AS modifier to it, and increasing the hotswap time so it's detremental? That should fix it from being hotswapped.

it have -As modifier but im not talking from hotswap, you can normal deequip the Troa'Ler Pistol and put FA pistol in, like much pvp-advs doing it in duels now with Troaler and JEPP
I think a long equip delay will be fine to keep it away from hotswaps. With reqs like that you are just makin it a 1% gun, not very nice.

And better taunts, so adv can work well as back-up tank.
Idea: Content where its important to be able to fly in fight, adv and MP are the only one that can do this with parrot and QW.
