Loot tables changed in inf ? (dynas)

Hey, so i was out killing my regular dynas when Asty all of a sudden drops a spirit-tech barrel O.o

So i'm wondering if there are any changes to loot tables that affected that, i've been killing that dyna for many years and to the best of my knowledge he or any other inf named heck has never dropped a barrel before.

And then there is this matter of price on blood-soaked getting bumped by *quite* a bit so i suspect that they now share spot in loot table or something like that.
Any else spotted any other changes to tables?

I have gotten barrels from named hecks in inferno. I just thought that was where barrels came from, named Hecks in all zones.

I may have got merlin armor from a unexpected Dyna. But it was still a dragon

Yeah i always farm barrels on named hecks in ado, but iäve never had a drop on them in inf and i've been farming inf for many years.

nop theyve always been dropping from inf heck bosses.

As rare as a grail in that case, at least that would be my experience
