Skill color coding?

Can anyone tell me what the color coding on the skills mean?

Ie: Dark blue Green , blue etc... Thank you...

Short version: The colour of the skill represents it's IP cost.

The darker the skill is, the more Improvement Points it costs to raise it. Green = Cheapest, Dark Blue = most expensive.

However all skills doesn't take exactly the same amount of IP to raise even if they share the same colour and that's where the guide Vinkera posted comes in handy.
