    Where are the general shopping areas?

    I am brand new and need to buy a nano processing device and dont know where to get it... I am in the starter area lol I think...

    If you're in Arete, I don't think one can be found there. If there was one there that can be bought, it would be the vendor in the junkyard, behind Alex Gibbs, Since that is the only Trade skill vendor I can recall of in Arete
