Dissolving Vitality

Healing 200(204), 6 hits, 10.0s delay . It is a pretty useful nano at like. Level 60-100, but after that the heal becomes so small and not useful that people hardly use it. Its really only used as an extra attack. I have a 150 shade and 200 shade twinks. The heal from this nano compared to the amount of dmg that can be done at these levels IS HORRIBLE. I suggest maybe updated disslving vitality Based off of level. Even making it do 450 point heal (half of Sneaking health drain (220)) Would be a improvement. I do hope you please consider this in the upcoming balance changes so people dont always go straight to end game and miss out on the Entire game when leveling. Thank you
