And yes the fact that you could choose which 2 (only 2 still 2 and nothing more) stats are buffed by pande belt could be great. But as FC need creditz, maybe you would need to combine ALL 3 belt in order to get the swapable belt is a Good idea.

For those who didn' t understand, buff will remain +50 but you could choose stam/agi or Str/int or Sense/psy ect ( the idea of buffing other stat by 5 or 10 is wrong )

I'd make a post like Awi if i was whining. I understood it easily, but you can't always get what you want. Everyone just wants to be able to get everything on their toons even when requirement are a tad too high.

If you think it's whining, you need to go out into the internet more or check your privilege.

In case someone didn't get my sarcasm: this is indeed a terrible suggestion.

Harder content is a good thing, more powerful items isnt. More powerful items make old content obsolete. Just as almost the entirety of RK is obsolete for expansion players. Gauntlet pads made Alappaa obsolete, Awakened shoulderpads made Gauntlet pads obsolete for pretty much anyone. New items (as incentive to grind new content) should provide more specialized loot with weird modifiers, preferably with tradeoffs. +45 everything is NOT specialized, its stupid.

First, let's try READING things you reply to, please:

Second.. I disagree with SOME old content becoming obsolete being a bad thing. It's one of the many reasons other games succeeded where AO failed in it's infancy in terms of MASS appeal and success. Progression is needed to keep people interested.. and you can only specialise so much before it becomes ridiculous. Twinks should become obsolete often enough.. give them a few months to a year of power and then there's the new item that'll make new twinks even better.. keep the game alive. Same for high end toons, though those could use more specific specialised stuff instead of the current trend of +3240490 to everything.. maybe it's +10 to everything and +20 to a specific thing. (obviously less if we're talking about crit and etc.. you get the idea I'm sure).

This is part of a bigger issue that is waaay off the scope of this thread, though. The sense of progression from lvl 1 to 220/30/80 is broken in several places where people get "lost" without really knowing what to do unless they rely on other players.. etc.. revamping old content could give it new meaning.. even ToTW could do with one by now and it's one of my favourite non-high level places in AO.
