No - UBT debuffs more so needs highest stack order or whatever you call it.

If there's a crat present and UBT is tough to land I simply don't use it and communicate this to the crat. It's called strategy and is part of playing an MMO.

UBT debuffs for -4 more than Malaise.... wow what a differense it makes....

They should have SAME stacking order. Depending on the situation, its quite annoying having a crat casting malaise, when he's on root duty or w.e, and it runs out and you cannot refresh it before it runs out with UBT.

It's freaking annoying as a crat not being able to refresh so yeah, fix so it's the same stacking order.

Malaise is better than UBT anyway (lower cast cap, better PvP duration, lower resist check) so I guess it may as well have that too.

When it's -4 more then it's -4 more and thus it's a better debuff quantitatively. That's pretty much all there is to it. Qualitatively it may be better that the crat handles debuff duty and sometimes it's the other way around.

I'll still maintain it's a question of communication. I play both profs and it's difficult to land UBT in certain boss encounters while in others the crat has to focus on snares or whatever. It makes sense to agree on a strategy and honestly it takes less than 5 seconds to agree on stuff like this.
