I'm making a new enforcer, but can't remember what kind of 1HE I used at lower levels. After the noob weapons the illegal OFAB works now, but there's a bit of a gap between them and being able to equip chefs cleavers.
Uklesh tears maybe? Other suggestions?

no you can have a 220 carry you. i recommend something with aoe calms as there's a LOT of adds and los issues in there
No they're not anymore... they're still rare, mind you, but not extremely...

Yeah, that's how it used to be.. fortunately it's alot better droprate now(Took me 3 hours or so getting a pair on an adv I rolled last year that I never bothered to level up) and also had it drop twice while doing daily for my other lowbies with my 60 twink... first when doing the daily and then again when I decided to just do the trio once more for the "fun" of it =)
