Euthanizer - Reanimated NT
AMEP + Beast pistol or PDKP for good PvM dmg I think.
Silverback is viable for PvP. I guess craphander could be an option too?

Gives a reliable if unspectacular AS along with burst and fling + all pistol mastery and most shotgun mastery perks, and works well for PVM as well. Also quite a few running around with Silverback.
