implants question (lvl60 & ql125ish)

Im trying to get my QL125 imps on at lvl 60 or below with my little engi toy.

But im having a problem with the treatment, how do i get around 616 treat at my lvl? It seems impossible =/

100 from machine
80 SFS
20 exp
10 wep
74 cloths
hmm....

I think i have about 230 something in base. (at work now)
Im only getting 514 with all the buffs and stuff i have listed.

Can someone help me out? =)

Use treatment steppers. QL90 Head/eye/r.hand, then QL125 if need be. Run through your implant setup to find out if you have a spot for permanent treatment - otherwise you'll have to drop the QL of imp down a bit in those 3 locations. On my enf I put treatment in the r.hand implant which allowed a full set of QL128 imps in with the exception of the head implant which is a Ql113. I think I put them in at like 56 or 57.
