Emergancy XP Loss Reducer Nano, as tested on the Test Server ..

Pls fix the Bugs and make ist availible ingame. Makes the Crats more intresting since the calms are offten resisted for team-missis.

It never worked, and was never in-game. AFAIK, it's a placeholder that they can work on to get the general concept working, and eventually probably add a line.

But, it's broken ATM and was NEVER on test to my knowledge. Only in DB.
