Just bought NW today, and was looking forward to some nice hours with AO, loggin on at 12.00 PM CET , Atlantean(Down)
I just love when server is down in hole Europe the hole day...

Server went down 11.00 CET it said, and : "Estimated Down Time 6 Hours"

Whyyyyyyyy cant they patch like 12 AM CET...

I wish for christmas that they begin to patch at 12 AM CET instead.....

Because midnight CET may be 1.00GMT, but it's 20.00 EST and 17.00 PST. Basically, the US would lose a whole evening's play. Besides, there are a lot of people in Europe who will still be online at that time in the evening.

Patching in the middle of a weekday GMT is about as convenient for everyone as it's going to get.

also Funcom are in europe, and so actually in work at the time. Do you REALLY want them patching when they are half asleep, you have seen what a mess they make of it when they are awake
