Project-Starlight (PS) has been brought back to life after several centuries of "none-existence". This order originate from the early days of territorial expansion, when the overlords needed assistance on holding their new flanks and retrieving recon information from their next targets. And this group of specially trained and skilled characters was to be known all over the universe as the superior Project-Starlight.
