Robust Backpack...is it in game?

I see on antiguardians the robust backpack but have yet to hear where it comes from or what drops it. Would really like to hear this info. THanks for ur time.

I'm not sure what the modifier does though (add to damage?)

adds to dmg and AC's, and some 400 on to max health.
not bad.... if you can find who/what drops it

I have a feeling that this can be made from a drop from what have been known as "A certain large lizard". Perhaps from this one
