After Rhino Cockpit i did ... *thinks*
Temple of the Three Winds - Greater Tir County - Neutral NPC's, Gargantulas, Nightcrawlers and some other bits n bobs.
Tir Desert - Greater Tir County - Scorpiods, Mutants
Varmint Woods - Blubbags mainly
Emaciated Whale Woods (Just NE of Temple) - Vipers and Reets
Then when ya reach about level 40ish i suggest heading to Shades in GTC
