it came to my attention that clan dosen't really have any cities in 25% zones like omni does.. 2ho and 4holes have girds ents and the cities are 25%, so clan tends to invade those cities.. but what about 25% zones in clan cities for us omni to invade. i was thinking about athens since it was at one point omni-2 maybe if you made it 25% we could see omni trying to take back their old city.
those two places are neutral outposts arent they?

i dont know about 4holes.
But i know for sure 2ho is omni controlled. Everything there is omni, including the guards.

athens has clan guards in it, the grid exit is in the middle of a omni base in 4holes... even if athens is neutral i still think it should be a 25% zone if it used to be omni-2
