So if anybody has a clue let me know please i realize some is for jewlerey or nano crystals or what not but there is alot of stuff with a big ?? behind it!

You can use a metal extractor on the golden nugget and get a gold ingot. If the nugget is q190+ it can be used in making Virral Eggs and that makes it valuable to some.

Other items I've found can be used for this are:
Bracer of Rubi-Ka
Marriage Ring
Golden Sphere

..if you find any of these items in the qlvl range 190-220, I suggest you save them.

Soul Fragments are also valuable these days, as they are needed to make these eggs too.

Thanks Badger for the useful info. I was searching for what can be done with 2 notum fragments I got from my last mission. Since neither my gem cutter nor my metal reclaimer worked on it, I had a feeling there was nothing I could do with them but sell them to a machine. If anyone finds a use for them, please post a reply.
