multi melee?

i dont completly understand the multi melee thing.
i have 2 weapons. the one needs 100 in multi melee
the other only 30.
i have 50 in multi melee.
do i have to meet the requirement for multi melee for both of the weapons to dual wield?

If you have one weapon equipped, and want to equip another in your other hand, you only need Mult.Melee skill listed for that other weapon.

Either that, or you need Mult.Melee high enough to satisfy the lesser weapon's req.

So, if one needs 110 and other 30, you need only 30 to wield both.
