Bliss - produces missions in Varmint woods
Mort - Still chucks up missions in rising Sun (very pleasent surprise)

West Athen. Almost always lag-free, convenient grid access.
Also rolls up lots of Clon**** (yay!) and Home (yech!) missions.

Before the whompa changes I used to like to go to the Neutral outpost out on The Longest Road and to Mort to avoid the crowds in Newland City. Actually, I like just about any Neutral mission terminal I find outside Newland City and Borealis.
Before level 70 or so, I always took missions from the Omni outpost in BS. It gave good paying missions in or near to Omni territory and is easily accessed via whompah.
Now, it's just Newland to Home (blech).

FOr quick cash for low level OT's go to Galway Castle, youcan getmissions of Omni Ent and Trade that pay top dollar cos the game see sthe location as distant and not considers the whompa 50 yards away
Rome. Level 100+ is a good place to get Pleasant Meadows missions and there's never a soul in sight.
I end up just getting 20k missions inside NL..

Too bad no one noticed that you may get BS missions there as well.
Rome terms currently give me quite a bunch in Clon**** and Andromeda.
I guess I'll have to change soon in fear of boredom.
Galway ain't fun anymore, I can't realize that I've already crossed the whole county until I'm in Rome stretch. Mantezes can't even catch me anymore

I normally take from NL (BS-missions
but lately, I have seen many BS missions in Trade booths as well.
But after reading this, I think I'll take a trip to Galway castle next time. Long time since I've been there. Might be fun to be back there.
Out of all the ones I've tried so far, Avalon gives the most $$ reward. It also gives a lot of missions in VW which is a short romp away.
WA outside the prison. Close to the grid point, far enough away from the small amount of lag by the bank. Can roll BS missions if I have to, and no-one hassles me for buffs
