I wonder too. What more I wonder is that whether the rings the profession quests reward in are the crappy ones from Legchopper. I want the custom ones. The ones from legchopper are jokes to all professions.

There is an npc called Dr.Krank or something near (i think) 3000,1000ish in CAV.
Hes by a cube-looking building on a little point in the marsh/water area.

Getting an engie out there now. It's pretty close to a fixer grid exit, so find a fixer.

edit: Took an engie out, we can't find the script. :/ Says things about building machines as his hobby, and mayube building a whom-pah. But no quest off him.
