I ran into a problem and I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing it. I'm on the third ring in the Brock quest. Filled my bag with nine tags and have killed about 300 skilled ot mobs since then trying to get the 10th and not one of them has dropped a tag. Needless to say I'm very frustrated. Anyone else have this problem or have suggestions?
