YOu can start the first part of the Alvin Quest fairly early, since al l you need to do is acquire parts to assemble a weird brain thing to give to Alvin.

Part 2 is just about tagging some bots, this is easily done at a early level, just watch out for the radiation dmg bursts from people attacking its defenses while you try to tag it. The 2nd hand fire can kill a lowbie fast.

( recommended level 50 or yalm ) alot of travel is involved.

Part 3 is alot tougher to do solo, solo requires you be level 150+
If you got a great team evenjust 1 or 2 good friends, you can do this around level 90+
