new money sink with a twist

I don't think I have seen this mentioned before so here it goes.

There isn't very many shop items in the game that high level players need and this makes the total credits in the game go higher and higher driving prices higher and higher, so here is my idea that will help reduce some of those credits.

Put a new kiosk in the game, this will be a medical kiosk that offers different cosmetic surgeory options, well four at least . A player with enough money can alter their face, height, weight and even sex in the game, but can't change their breed or profession. Also I don't see any reason why you couldn't change your name at the shop either for the right price .

If its already been suggested I am sorry if I stole somebodies idea but I think its a good one, what do you think?
