C an we please be able to download the client patches while you patch the servers?
It's more than possible - you've finished the client patch before the servers come down (god help you if you're still working on the client while you patch the servers..) and the ftp sites are not affected by server patches...
Whats the point of waiting? You can really cut down on server traffic by allowing people access to client patches during the server patch process, rather than everyone having to patch afterwards. This will be especially true today, as the UK and European players will be coming online at 5pm gmt, which is when the down time is supposed to end. Is there a point in making us wait?
I'm grumbling because I'm not at work today, and only have 56k here - big patches can take hours to d/l atm, especially with massive server drain caused by hundreds of other peeps tryin to get their patch so they can play...
