    Cool Recharge meters

    Please add recharge meters for all skills that are locked (First Aid, Treatment, Brawl etc.). It is not so much fun to click all the time on First Aid kit to learn how much time has left till the "happy hour" moment. To avoid having too much non-important information meters on the screen just add the corresponding options to F10.
