I was wondering exactly how to make this. Does anyone know? Anarchy Arcanum dosent have anything on it yet as it is new.

Hmm. Good question. Physician's Cap was put in with the 14.7.8 patch, so it's pretty recent. As far as I know, it hasn't been seen in game, yet.

I wore one on my Trader (outside missions) for a while after they were introduced, the hat is... well, let's just say it has a distinctive look. Here's an attempt at a guide:

You will need
1x Cap of the Besieger, available in the Trader shop for 34k or slightly less.
1x Inactive OT Metamorphing Liquid Nanobots, from the Pharmacy tools booth in any shop, QL15+ will likely work, I used QL30 to be sure.
2x Notum Chip or Fragment, again QL15+ should be ok, and they can't be much lower in QL than the nanobots.
1x Nano Programming Interface, from the Tools section in any shop.

Use the NPI on the Inactive Nanobots to get Activated OT Metamorphing Liquid Nanobots, this takes some Comp Lit and Nano Programming skill i believe.
Use both Notum pieces on the Nanobots to get Super-Stabilized OT Metamorphing Liquid Nanobots, this takes some NP and Chemistry skill.
Finally use the Nanobots on the Cap to get your brand new Physician's Cap, I assume this takes some Chemistry skill.

Just to add to this, tis a ql15 cap and it will level with you to a ql75 cap

Very nice for any starting alt or for that little bit of extra pharmatech skill

What is the "trader" shop?

I've been to all advanced shops, etc in the trader area andcan't find this cap.

i know all the foreman camping would come in handy

already had enough notum frags to make a couple - which i did btw

also got a few trader hats in spare if somebody need some and have the notum frags

But i honestly think that FC should fire their hat designer.... except the stripe of light instead of eye that hat isnt the most decorating item in the game.

anyone notice the little visor thing actually glows in the dark? hehe in pitch black it's very ominous looking
