I can highly praise setup for fun value. Burst damage is obscene. You can get around 100k damage done in first 15 seconds. Traditional nt is a borefest compared to this.
i dont realy think that his glasscannon build will out dmg a nano% dmg+add Dmg setup nt with cyberdeck. i think we just kinda faal a little for that its diffrent with guns on a nt, nothing else.
i would like to challange this pistol nt with my own nt becose i dont think its better at all. becose you stop doing weapon dmg each time you cast something, but yes in recharge you have a little time, but its 1-2 hits and the special only, and you cant use top nukes, and a top nuke simply out dmg pistol+ the candy you get to use.

High AC test bug, 7-9 minute fights, glass cannon build is doing 380K, % nano damage build is doing 300K. Feel free to add in another 12% nano damage for two 4% HUDs and Syndicate Brain and Nanite board and proper cyberdeck chip. That puts us at 335Kish without taking into account any damage loss from non % nano damage benefits of ACDC/damage HUD, or the benefits the glass cannon NT would gain with similar access to a 4%er/Nanite/Syndicate Brain.
So you just have to make up about 45K damage over that extended fight by using a better cyberdeck-based build, a better perk setup, and/or by playing the character better. It might be possible?
After that, you then have to realize that that 380K number goes way up in a raid situation with damage auras, instance buffs, damage buffs, soldier perks, etc running, whereas that 300K number doesn't change much at all. I really don't think it's possible to beat it in this situation. The glass cannon build will have much faster target switching/burst damage, but the cyberdeck build will have access to much better AoEs--I've never raided with an NT, but it seems like access to cyberdeck AoEs would be a big deal in certain raids like APFs.
The only caveat is, of course, the topic of NR. But come on... if Candycane isn't landing (97% NR check), then neither is SI (100% NR check), so every NT is doing crap damage anyway. In a 1v1 fight sure, this isn't true; the cyberdeck NT can debuff NR. But this glass cannon build obviously isn't designed for 1v1 fights; if it's necessary to debuff the target's NR, bring a 2nd NT or a Crat along to do it. Doesn't have any bearing in the raw DPM potential of the build, just in how willing people are to go ahead and build it.
In regards to your comments, I get Candycane, Fling Shot, Burst, and at least 2 shots from Lust during Candycane recharge. You get Izgimmer's Ultimatum. IU really isn't that great.

Months of farming supple, now i'm one 192+ strong bot and DB3 bracer away from completing it. But overall NT is gimpy, lack of AAD, evades... and full offense most of the time is deadly.
Also damage, while somewhat epic, often not good enough.
Pistols firing around is no problem at all. candycane is instacast, DM is aswell. Just a matter of good timing.
Update. Now I am stuffed with CC armor, in all spots but Chest (Ofab for +4 add nano damage) and boots, DB1/2 boots give +15 add damage and nanoskills. Both I like.
So how is damage? I will take NT later to TARA, there we'll see what's what.
Damage on Hazaak
1. Nuketina ( 670.959 / 218.760 / 101 / 7 / 6% / 26.386 )
2. 220shade ( 488.847 / 159.360 / 111 / 8 / 7% / 13.000 )
3. Sunthalus ( 419.033 / 136.620 / 136 / 17 / 12% / 11.881 )
4. Slowguy ( 344.398 / 112.260 / 107 / 12 / 11% / 6.937 )
Some peps were fighting hazak so me and random shade joined in. I struggled a lot to land Self Illumination, usually 2 or 3 tries. Detonation Matrix and Candycane landed briliantly.
Candycane does nearly 1300 damage per damage type.
So more dd.. 250 PW dyna. Works great becouse It can't hit you. (Stationary)
1. Nuketina ( 473.936 / 290.160 / 66 / 3 / 4% / 26.699 )
2. 220keeper ( 239.073 / 146.340 / 60 / 6 / 10% / 6.903 )
up next Tara from this morning.:
1. Mebe ( 220.560 / 508.980 / 23 / 8 / 34% / 13.000 )
2. Pafpaf ( 217.295 / 501.420 / 0 / 0 / 0% / 47.194 )
3. Neteu ( 207.398 / 478.560 / 0 / 0 / 0% / 48.093 )
4. Hovinshade ( 195.295 / 450.660 / 24 / 2 / 8% / 13.803 )
5. Nuketina ( 177.292 / 409.080 / 13 / 3 / 23% / 52.158 )
6. Qualifying ( 169.689 / 391.560 / 22 / 2 / 9% / 14.571 )
7. Hardkastle ( 159.045 / 367.020 / 53 / 7 / 13% / 10.349 )
So After plenty of "Dude learn to play" I discovred that I'm far from good at playing NT. Even so, using simple technique of NBS before alpha... my damage on top nuke was highest in raid. Some good DD NT's were also in team, outdamaging me by 20+%. They had no pistols needless to say.
My quest for ultimate Damage thus continues. Especialy since It seems my player skills let my setup down.
How does it all compare? Those 30 seconds of tara are intense, getting damage out is hard. My previous record on Tara was 545k damage per minute. Naturaly in comparison that crat can easily solo stuff, NT is a glass cannon in glassy word of it.
Any thoughts guys? For the future I plan to "L2P NT", if anyone has ideas for me i'll really appreciate it, to get out of this stump.
Further update...
1. Nuketina ( 2.394.650 / 192.840 / 406 / 35 / 8% / 20.999 )
2. Minitwo ( 2.320.213 / 186.840 / 373 / 49 / 13% / 13.000 )
3. Shaymin ( 1.710.460 / 137.700 / 381 / 49 / 12% / 13.000 )
4. Roffsold ( 1.645.528 / 132.480 / 280 / 16 / 5% / 15.000 )
5. Thirteenn ( 1.527.243 / 122.940 / 452 / 45 / 9% / 15.000 )
6. Estacy ( 1.490.153 / 120.000 / 438 / 36 / 8% / 15.000 )
7. Twiztedfixs ( 1.415.002 / 113.940 / 381 / 34 / 8% / 15.000 )
In todays ipande up to and including TNH. (after that i had to leave)
Just above two shades. NT is growing on me. But due to low survivability it's only ever good while kiting, killing lowbie stuff or with a good tank. Damage is quite low in ipande. due to inability to cast dots and such. But overall the 2-3-4 of Candycane, Fling, Burst deal sufficient insta damage allover the place. It actually feels like a soldier with "fullauto + burst + fling" only on tougher mobs I can use full damage potential.
Survivability is low.. the one time i did get hit was for 8k hp, two hits like that and it'd be all over. That is the major downfall of this setup. No matter how decent damage is it will never make up for the lack of survivability. A glass cannon should above all be a cannon.
