They could of just made every key work on the previous gardens.

And sanct work on garden aswell..

So if you have pen garden key it can be used on pen/ado/ely/nasc gargen stats, if you have pen sanct it can be used on the same as pen garden key plus all the sancts.... then just keep that one key in your inv and the ones you don't need in a bag or bank.

I always wished it worked like that.

They would need to make each key quest dependent on having a previous key or most people would completly ignore everything else and shoot straight for the inferno keys.

You could use a tradeskill process to combine the keys into one. You could only combine a multi-key of lower gardens with the next higher key in order to get the next multi-key:

    Nasc + Ely = Multi-N-E
    Multi-N-E + Scheol = Multi-N-E-S
    Multi-N-E-S + Ado = Multi-N-E-S-A
    etc.

You could also have separate multi-keys for gardens and sanctuaries.

Neutral could have 4 keys instead of a backpack full of keys.

But the main problem remains: Entering a garden from an SL zone is not a problem because the multi-key simply works on all garden statues up to it's level. But moving from a garden to a garden in another SL zone is more difficult without changing the interface, using dialog boxes, right-clicking keys, or clicking on different targets.
