Means ...this game is not about "fixers" ffs...
I wrote long page about soldiers (how engi can drain shield, trader borrow reflect, nt piercing nanos, easily snared/rooted)....and about fixers....who got LOT of FA, they can use 4 hots, they got insane AAD (they have dof/limber)....and now they got NCU HAXX (-300 NCU) .....but i deleted it.
I do not know any other prof than soldier who can be nerfed so much. Even if debuffs and other thing lands...they have something for surviving...they have perks (evades or cooon or bio regrowth). Soldier does not has any surviving perks and still getting debufs...
But you know what ? I gave up.....this is useless.....what i should await from ...."censure" employes from Funcom.
Better playing another toon...and when you finally *uck all of them..i will just quit.
Instead of balance you are doing more and more OP....and finally at the end when all will be OP....you will need to remake game because lvl 1 players will solo inferno mobs this way.
gratzzzzz......
PS: hope bug with new hotbars which are "active hotbars" is still not fixed...

NT can. Engi just drain your reflect (your AMS) and kill you easily, Trader just borrow your reflect...drain and kill. Everything lands easily on soldier.
And when you cannot kill soldier in AMS you will root/snare him (hard for you?).
Each prof have nemesis prof. Soldier has just too much of them. Many of other profs has just some "savebutton" like dof or cocoon or something for few sec....soldier when lost his AMS has nothing.
But this is not about soldiers....i just hate when instead of balance and maybe some love for crat/ma/keeper i see only fixers fixers fixers (web 11, more FA, new perks, now NCU haxx)......every advy went pistol advy coz new 80%def perks....
I want that damn balance....for now i see only new and new OP...
I can only smile on FC when soldiers got new buff....evades  )) Like they need it...
EDIT: and i forgot that more and more AAD is going ingame....which means you can usually hit sh*t

Trust me cuddlebum, NTs splat me just as easily as they do you, why do all soldiers pretend they're the only ones who are hurt by triples?
Besides, comparing fixers to soldiers and then reaching the conclusion that soldiers are the nerfest prof... not really convincing.

Soldiers rival enforcer tanking ability (often surpass it in single-mob encounters).
Soldier damage is incredibly high and always will be.
Soldiers reflects are still the best passive defense in game.
As long as soldier is a super tanking, high damage dealing, high max health, and highest AR profession in AO, I cannot think of anything soldiers would need. If anything they might need a bit of nerfing just like enforcers do so they aren't so damn strong in mass pvp.

That might be because FC decided to start the rebalancing efforts with fixers, maybe because fixers have had the sh**ty end of the stick for a couple years now. It's only been recently that we could do anything other than run away.
Grow some patience, your prof will be gotten to.

Hope you have to run some nanos in NCU during fight. You will be happy when fixer lands that NCU haxx on you.
PS: end for rest hope they enjoy perma snaring from fixer with 30min duration.
