Can't trade any cred amount with 0's in it.

So I have a really strange bug. On some of my characters if I try and trade any amount with zeros in it the trade bugs out. If I try trade 500,000,000 it will only trade like 500 creds every single time 100% replicable, but if I trade 511,111,111 it will work fine. It shows on my screen 500,000,000 but on the other persons screen it shows as 500 and only trades 500. I also noticed once on one of these chars I tried to put a small amount of creds into the GMI and it randomly traded all my creds to it. The bug is 100% caused by something in my the prefs folder for that charid, if I wipe the prefs the bug goes away. I have around 70 paid alts on 5 accounts and and the bug seems to be spreading through them almost contagious like. I know I could wipe the entire prefs and start from scratch, but it would be months of work to redo all the prefs for my accounts.

Maybe someone else has encoutered this bug and worked out what line in the prefs files needs to be reset/removed to fix it? Myself and some GM's have tried to work it out with no luck.

I have seen this happen, you open trade enter a value and click accept. the value looses all but the first three digits.
But I have found completing the trade does trade what needs to be traded.
Had it when moving 900m to a char the other day again.
But the full amount moved.

Yeah there is a long running bug where it shows the first 3 to the sender and the right amount to the receiver but it always sends the right amount, this isn't that bug.

This bug it shows the right amount to the sender but it shows only the first 3 digits to the rceiver and only sends that 3 digit amount.

Yeah as stated in my first post some GM's have looked at it and worked out it's something in the prefs folder.
