GIVA is arguably a much improved version for pvp as it doesn't require AI DOT to be running on target.

IU outdamages both in DPM in pvm, and you're likely going to have more burst now vs. low TTK mobs like aliens in outzone raids or what not, through the non-AI DOT requirement,

1. Ok I must have missed something here...because I am primarily concearned about PVM dmg for one.In pvp it is just double triple fest anyway until those get changes.

2. Not requiring the AI dot is irrelevant because IU still requires it to be most effective unless that is changing also!

All i said was it was garbage, as is today. There is NO dispute to that. Now IF it gets changed I will re-evaluate it.

I don't think engine is any closer to release now than it was 2 years ago, but luckily that isn't stopping the other stuff from being changed. I would actually not be surprised to see test live going down for 18.7 this week
